What are Emaya charms made of?

Our charms are crafted from brass and finished with high-quality enamel for vibrant color and lasting beauty. Each piece is carefully handmade and designed to bring personality and meaning to your jewelry collection.
Are your charms handmade?

Yes. Every Emaya charm is handmade and individually finished. Because of this process, slight variations in color, enamel placement, or shape may occur. These small differences are part of what makes each piece unique.
What size are the charms?

Most Emaya charms measure approximately 2 cm to 2.5 cm in width and length, although dimensions may vary slightly depending on the design.
Which chain size should I get?

We currently offer two chain lengths, depending on the size of your bag and how many charms you’d like to add.
How soon are sold out pieces restocked?

We work very hard to ensure your favorite pieces are restocked as soon as possible. The approximate restocking time is 2 to 3 weeks.
Can I create my own charm combination?

Absolutely. Emaya is all about personal expression. Mix and match charms to tell your story, celebrate milestones, showcase your interests, or create a meaningful gift for someone special. Visit our 3D configurator to create your own set and visualize it.
Do the charms come with a chain or bracelet?

Unless otherwise stated, charms are sold individually. Chains can be purchased separately.
Are the charms waterproof?

We recommend keeping your charms away from water whenever possible. While our enamel finish is durable, regular exposure to water, moisture, and chemicals may affect the appearance of your jewelry over time.
How should I care for my Emaya jewelry?

To keep your charms looking their best:

  • Avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals.
  • Remove your jewelry before swimming, showering, exercising, or sleeping.
  • Store your charms in a cool, dry place when not in use.
  • Handle them with care to avoid scratches, impacts, or enamel chipping.
  • Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth.
Will the enamel color fade?

With proper care, your enamel charm should maintain its color and shine for years. To preserve the finish, avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, moisture, and chemicals.
Do you offer gift packaging?

All orders come in our beautiful signature packaging, ready to be gifted. Additional gift wrapping is not currently available.
Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping times and rates vary depending on your destination and will be calculated at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are typically processed within a few business days. Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method you select.
Can I return or exchange my order?

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
